 To
achieve optimal dental health it is necessary
to have regular checkups twice a year. We recognise
that our patients lead busy lifestyles and it
is easy to forget to make an appointment every
6 months. Our software is therefore set up to
monitor the date of your last visit and to schedule
an appointment for you when you are due for a
check up. You will automatically receive a letter
in the post 4-6 weeks before the date of your
appointment setting out the date and time of your
appointment. If the date and time is not convenient
we are happy to change this to something more
suitable.
Appointments can also be made by telephone or by a personal visit to the practice. In addition to normal working hours, we can arrange evening or early morning appointments on a private basis (from 8.00am until 8.00pm on certain days).
We kindly request 48 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment or we may make a cancellation charge as late cancellations mean that we are unable to allocate valuable treatment time to another patient who may be in pain. We regret to inform patients that, due to a high demand for treatment, we are unable to treat NHS patients who repeatedly fail to attend their appointments. You may wish to take advantage of our private appointment slots which may suit your diary better.
